This hotel boasts a fantastic location with stunning views of the mountains and is conveniently located near the City Centre and bus stop to Encamp ski lift. The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable beds, while the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. The friendly staff provides attentive service, and the breakfast spread is impressive.

The staff was very friendly. The lady and the gentleman who checked us in and out, as well as the lady who managed the breakfast buffet. Breakfast too. The bathroom was big and bright. The location was directly opposite the main street and not far from the center but there was everything on the main street.

There were lamps in the room, but it was still very dark. But the bathroom was very bright!

Broken and tasteless furniture, only 12 TV channels (no German), there is a Smart TV, which is however blocked. The bathroom is badly designed. I expected more from a junior suite in a 4 star hotel and am very disappointed ☹️

Everything was excellent, so were lovely views of the mountains. The location was particularly good, to everything with spectacular views of the mountains with easy access to a main shopping street and a shopping area. Also, the hotel was relatively near Casa de la Vall.

The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options and the coffee was surprisingly good. the hotel was located in a good spot for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. the rooms were reasonably clean.

The overall appearance of the hotel was dated and could use some updates. The staff was not always friendly or helpful, and communication was difficult due to language barriers.

Price/performance ratio very good. Good location of the hotel. Good equipment.

For motorcycles a very expensive parking lot in the garage.

The walls of the rooms were thin, one could hear conversations and music of the neighbouring rooms.

The parking entrance is quite narrow, making it difficult for those with larger cars to maneuver into the facility.

The deal we had was good value, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.The room was clean and all we needed for a one night stopover

The location of the hotel was awful,the noise from the traffic all through the night was almost unbearable.They really need to upgrade the windows and sound proof them

If you want to visit Caldea, you should stay here. Recommended base for city trip in Andorra la Vella. 5 minutes drive to the airport.

Nothing was said at check-in about control of the air conditioning although it was obviously necessary because the ambient temperature of the hotel is very high
